If the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the arrival date, the full amount paid will be refunded to the card used for the payment. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from the confirmation of the cancellation.
If the cancellation is made between 3 and 6 days before the arrival date, a 50% penalty will be applied to the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to the card used for the reservation payment.
For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the arrival date, no refund will be issued. In this case, the amount paid will not be returned.
In case of a no-show, the reservation will be considered canceled, and the amount paid will not be refunded.
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to the hotel’s contact address, including the reservation number and the customer’s contact details. The cancellation confirmation will be provided in writing.
In certain cases, the hotel may allow the reservation to be modified (changing the stay dates) without penalties, depending on availability and internal policy. Modifications must be requested at least 7 days before the original arrival date.
